Theme: Before and After Story
Show a scene at two points in time.
Focus on change, progression, and impact within the environment or characters.

Who Can Join: Anyone
Dates: 1st September to 30th September

 

Submission Guidelines - Accepted Formats:

• Digital art

• Traditional art

• Mixed media

• Storyboard or concept art

 

Limits:

• One scene per submission, shown in two panels or side-by-side

• Both “before” and “after” versions must be clearly visible

• Emphasis on visual storytelling

 

Focus Areas:

• Environmental or character changes

• Lighting, mood, and color shifts

• Clear narrative progression

• Emotional or dramatic impact

 

How to Join:

1. Create your scene showing before and after states

2. Upload to #before-after-september-event in our Discord

3. Include Before and After September Event in the title

 

Features and Rewards:

• Selected entries featured on the Events page

• Highlighted in a gallery feature

• Top entries promoted on social media

• All creators keep full ownership

 

Rules:

• Original work only

• Respect all participants

• No hate or harassment

• Must sign your work

• Keep content SFW and non triggering

 

How to Vote:

Voting opens during the final week of September.
React to the submissions you like most.
Pick your top three.
You cannot vote for your own work.

 

After the Event:

• All submissions remain visible and credited

• Event archive created for inspiration

• Strong entries considered for future features
