Submission Guidelines - Accepted Formats:

• Digital art

• Traditional art

• Mixed media

• Character concept art

 

Limits:

• One character per submission

• Two clear age versions required

• Separate panels or side by side layout preferred

 

Focus Areas:

• Physical changes across age

• Clothing and style shifts

• Body language differences

• Subtle story hints through design

 

How to Join:

1. Create two versions of the same character

2. Show them at different points in life

3. Upload to #age-shift-may-event in our Discord

4. Include Age Shift May Event in the title

 

Features and Rewards:

• Selected entries featured on the Events page

• Editorial picks highlighted by the Vault team

• Selected works promoted on social media

• All creators keep full ownership

 

Rules:

• Original work only

• Same character must be clearly identifiable

• Respect all participants

• No hate or harassment

• Must sign your work

• Keep content SFW and non triggering

 

How to Vote:

During the final week of May, voting opens in the channel.
React to the pieces you enjoyed most.
Pick your top three.
You cannot vote for your own work.

 

After the Event:

• All submissions remain visible and credited

• Event archive created for inspiration

• Strong entries considered for future editorial features
