Submission Guidelines - Accepted Formats:

• Digital art

• Traditional art

• Concept or illustration work

 

Limits:

• One piece per submission

 

Focus Areas:

• Showcase your best work from the year

• Highlight personal growth or improvement

• Emphasize polish, composition, and storytelling

• Choose the piece that represents your strongest skills

 

How to Join:

1. Select your top piece from a past monthly event

2. Upload to #best-of-month-december-event in our Discord

3. Include Best of the Month December Event in the title

 

Features and Rewards:

• Selected entries featured on the Events page

• Top works highlighted in social media spotlight

• All creators keep full ownership

 

Rules:

• Original work only

• Respect all participants

• No hate or harassment

• Must sign your work

• Keep content SFW and non triggering

 

How to Vote:

Voting opens during the final week of December.
React to the submissions that best represent skill and growth.
Pick your top three favorites.
You cannot vote for your own work.

 

After the Event:

• All submissions remain visible and credited

• Event archive created for inspiration

• Strong entries considered for future features and showcases
