A new type of ghoul has been introduced into the world. They feed off humans like any other cannibalistic being, but these ones talk, they wait, they hunt together in packs in order to get their meals. Leon, an obsessed scientist that loves his research wants to get to the bottom of why these ghouls are different, why their DNA has changed so much.

Bane, a military personal, it is his job to keep Leon alive no matter what even at the risk of his own fellow comrades or himself. Why did the ghouls change? Will they succeed in finding out the cases linked to the changes within the ghouls or will it be all for nothing by the end?
